If the bidder is an agent, it shall provide a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer. If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods.如果投標(biāo)人是代理商,應(yīng)具有2022年1月1日至2024年12月31日氣動(dòng)旋塞閥的銷售業(yè)績(至少一個(gè))，并提供相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于銷售合同復(fù)印件，至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁(國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章)、制造商名稱、貨物名稱。未提交業(yè)績證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績證明文件無法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績。If the bidder is an agent, the bidder shall have sales performance (at least one) of Pneumatic Plug (ON-OFF) Valves from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2024, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The sales performance documentary evidence includes but not limited to a copy of the sales contract, which should at least reflect the following contents: the date of contract signing, the contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures and seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), the name of the manufacturer, and the name of the goods. If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.投標(biāo)文件中提供制造商授權(quán)書的中標(biāo)候選人，應(yīng)在中標(biāo)候選人公示后 3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)將制造商授權(quán)書原件(簽字或人名章或公章均須為原件，不接受掃描打印文件)送達(dá)招標(biāo)人聯(lián)系人進(jìn)行核驗(yàn)，對(duì)于國外制造商授權(quán)書原件，投標(biāo)人提前準(zhǔn)備以滿足核驗(yàn)原件期限要求。投標(biāo)文件中提供的制造商授權(quán)書可在制造商官方網(wǎng)站上查詢并核驗(yàn)一致的或紙質(zhì)投標(biāo)已遞交制造商授權(quán)書原件的，可免于送交原件核驗(yàn)。核驗(yàn)結(jié)果不一致的，將按照提供虛假投標(biāo)資料處理;未能在規(guī)定期限內(nèi)提供原件的，將視為不如實(shí)提供材料處理。上述兩類情況將取消中標(biāo)候選人資格及中標(biāo)資格，并按照中國海油相關(guān)制度規(guī)定給予禁用等處理。The winning candidates who provide the manufacturer's authorization letter in the tender documents shall deliver the original manufacturer's authorization letter (the signature, personal seal or official seal must all be the original. (3)業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標(biāo)截止日(以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn))，投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商有雙酚A裝置(BPA裝置)氣動(dòng)旋塞閥的2個(gè)合同業(yè)績且單個(gè)合同閥門數(shù)量大于或等于50臺(tái)。其中，至少包含1臺(tái)壓力等級(jí)不低于600lb的氣動(dòng)旋塞閥和1臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)溫度不低于250℃的氣動(dòng)旋塞閥。(需注意：壓力等級(jí)和設(shè)計(jì)溫度可以同時(shí)在1臺(tái)閥門中體現(xiàn)，也可以分別在2臺(tái)閥門中體現(xiàn);壓力等級(jí)和設(shè)計(jì)溫度不要求必須同時(shí)體現(xiàn)在1個(gè)合同業(yè)績中，可以分別在2個(gè)合同業(yè)績中體現(xiàn)。)如果投標(biāo)人為制造商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，應(yīng)提供該制造商的業(yè)績。From 1st Jan, 2015 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have 2 supply contracts of BPA plant pneumatic plug valves, and the number of individual contract valves is greater than or equal to 50.Among the two contracts, there is at least one pneumatic plug valves with a pressure class of not less than 600lb and one pneumatic plug valve with a design temperature of not less than 250℃.(Note: Pressure rating and design temperature can be reflected in 1 valve at the same time, or can be reflected in 2 valves; Pressure rating and design temperature are not required to be reflected in 1 contract at the same time, but can be reflected in 2 contract performance.)If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the contract of that manufacturer should be provided. 投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件(含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件)。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁(國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章)、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、貨物數(shù)量、壓力等級(jí)、設(shè)計(jì)溫度。若業(yè)績合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績。The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) . The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, number of goods, pressure rating and design temperature.If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement.
